Diamonds Gentlemen's Club is Fort McMurray's newest nightlife destination. We're not just
opening a club -- we're building a brand that stands out, and we want someone creative
and social-media savvy to help us spread the word.
The Role
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 marketing job. We're looking for someone who lives and
breathes social media and knows how to create posts that get attention. You'll be the voice
of Diamonds online -- posting content, creating buzz, and keeping our followers engaged. If
you've got a knack for making things look good on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond, this is
your chance to shine.
What You'll Do
- Run our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and post content -- photos, videos, reels, stories, promotions, event updates.
- Engage with followers and answer messages.
- Help promote events, specials, and club nights.
- Come up with fun ideas to keep people talking about Diamonds.
What We're Looking For
- Someone creative, outgoing, and social-media smart.
- Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Basic content creation skills (taking photos/videos, using editing apps like Canva or
CapCut).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- No big portfolio required -- we're open to training the right person who shows potential.
- An interest in nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus.

Duties
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve search engine rankings.
Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to enhance visual storytelling.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals.
Analyze performance data using Google Analytics to inform future strategies and report on key metrics.
Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Advertising.
Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign success.
Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
