Marketing & Social Media Coordinator - Real Estate

As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our team by implementing and evolving our marketing strategy. This position blends creativity and strategy -- managing social media, coordinating campaigns, and optimizing digital tools to strengthen our brand identity across all platforms.

Responsibilities



Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, work with designers to develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that communicate the company's brand message.

Drive lead generation through engaging social media campaigns, SEO, and blog content. Plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives to increase engagement, website traffic, and sales conversions. Assist in coordinating and tracking the scope, schedule, and budget for marketing projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Recommend and coordinate with third-party agencies or vendors where appropriate. Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met. Collaborate with agents, vendors, and media to enhance company visibility. Monitor and analyze social media and website performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate. 1+ years of marketing experience within a real estate brokerage, builder, or developer environment. Proven ability to develop, capture, and manage both paid and organic social media content across Meta (Instagram and Facebook), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Proficient with marketing, social media and digital tools, including Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and Microsoft Office. Skilled in creating and editing short-form video content that engages audiences and aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives (strong asset). Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (strong asset). Solid understanding of email marketing, automation, and link-building strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism in client and vendor interactions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $35,642.52 per year
