Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Real Estate (Cold Calling & Lead Generation Focus)



Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven

Marketing Assistant

to support a busy real estate agent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both marketing and sales. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making

cold calls

, generating

new leads

, and communicating fluently in English with excellent phone skills. You will also contribute to our social media presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Cold Calling:



Proactively generate leads through cold calling and follow-up communication. Maintain and grow our client database with new contacts and qualified prospects. Set appointments and build rapport with potential clients over the phone. Represent the agent in a professional, articulate, and friendly manner during phone interactions.

Social Media Management:



Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Schedule and publish daily content to increase engagement and brand awareness. Monitor social channels for messages and comments; respond promptly and professionally.

Content Creation:



Support the creation of engaging content for social media posts, stories, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials. Edit graphics and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.

Campaign Support:



Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions. Help coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships, and email marketing initiatives.

Market Research:



Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and local real estate markets. Identify new opportunities and suggest content ideas and social media strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Experience in cold calling and lead generation (real estate or sales background preferred). Fluent in

spoken and written English

with

excellent phone communication skills

. Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a strong asset. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator. Working knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics). Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. Bonus skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Creative Suite.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
