The primary objective of this position is to assist our team in the timely and accurate execution of our Marketing Service offerings to our Realtors.The successful candidate is a pro at communication, client service, organization, and multitasking. They like to have fun but are hardworking, friendly and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Job Overview: Design of marketing materials for property listings Digital and print design (ie.ads, business cards, flyers, pamphlets) Entering photos and text into feature sheet templates Organizing photos using Drive and network file system Navigating Real Estate websites, social media sites and online classifieds Photography scheduling and New Realtor on-boarding Website Design and Management Assisting Realtors/brokerage with technology and IT Assisting with coordination and execution of community sponsorship eventsRequired Skills: Positive, enthusiastic and enjoys learning and teaching! Collaborative team player who is good at multitasking and troubleshooting Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and data entry accuracy Good time management and is deadline oriented Demonstrates patience and possesses excellent client service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Programs, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must

Working Knowledge of PC 's and Mac for admin. tasks (Word, Excel Google Docs, Sheets)Assets:

• 2-3+ years working experience in a marketing capacity
• 2-3+ years experience with website design and management
• Ability to trouble shoot with technology
• Experience in Real Estate Industry is a bonus
