We are a fast-growing tech company focused on delivering innovative solutions in AI-driven analytics, robotics. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist who has hands-on experience in international tech conferences like Web Summit and a proven track record in marketing and selling technology-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company at global tech events and conferences, especially Web Summit and similar.
Drive B2B/B2C marketing and sales strategies for our technology products.
Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align messaging with market needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tech product marketing and sales, especially in a startup or growth-stage environment.
Strong presence and networking capabilities at major events such as Web Summit.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing, and digital sales funnels.
High level of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred:
Participation in Web Summit (Lisbon, Rio, etc.) as a startup rep, exhibitor, or speaker.
Knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, SaaS, etc.).
Experience selling to international clients.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
