Connectify Media is seeking a

Marketing & Sales Specialist

to join our team, focusing on the landscaping division. This role bridges

marketing creativity with sales growth

-- you will be responsible for

on-site photography, content creation, graphic design, client engagement, and business development

to promote and expand our landscaping services.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in

English and Mandarin

, has a strong interest or background in

outdoor landscaping/construction

, and enjoys combining

creative marketing with direct sales results

in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

? Visit landscaping project sites to

photograph and document progress

for marketing campaigns.

? Create

graphic and visual content

(social media posts, brochures, advertisements, presentations).

?

Identify and reach out to potential clients

through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound channels.

? Support the

sales team

by preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations.

?

Follow up with leads

, convert inquiries into contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships.

? Communicate with clients in both

English and Mandarin

to build trust and close sales opportunities.

? Assist in

marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and client outreach events

to drive sales.

? Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure

accurate project updates

are shared with clients and prospects.

? Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or equivalent experience.

? Strong skills in

photography/videography

; comfortable working at outdoor job sites.

? Knowledge of

graphic design software

(Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.).

?

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

preferred.

? Previous experience in

landscaping, construction, or outdoor-related industries

is a strong asset.

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

English and Mandarin

(both oral & written).

? Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

? Local travel to project sites required (

driver's license preferred

).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
