We're looking for a motivated
Marketing & Sales Specialist
to join our team and help execute our 12-month marketing plan. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll focus on
campaign execution, CRM/automation, content coordination, and light sales support,
helping us strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, support sales enablement, and enhance client retention.
Duties
& Responsibilities
Coordinate and publish ALPHA IT's social media posts and campaigns.
Support list building and campaign readiness for future newsletters and nurture programs.
Assist in the creation and publishing of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and client stories.
Maintain CRM/automation systems (Autotask, Glasshive), ensuring data accuracy, tagging, and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Support website updates in partnership with the internal development team.
Sales Support (Light)
Follow up on warm leads and event contacts (no cold calling or quotas).
Conduct account research, update CRM records, and support LinkedIn outreach.
Prepare sales collateral, marketing scorecards, and slide decks.
Assist in preparing and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with visuals, data, and insights.
Campaigns & Projects
Launch ALPHA IT's first lead magnet with supporting list-building campaigns (email sign-ups, social CTAs).
Coordinate a
Google Review campaign

Help design and execute a targeted direct mail postcard campaign for local accounts.
Publish and promote ALPHA IT's
first whitepaper
.
Plan and execute email nurture sequences for new leads.
Build and report on a
marketing scorecard
to measure and communicate impact.
Stay aware of the competitive landscape to help shape campaigns and positioning.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience (agency, B2B, SaaS, or IT/MSP experience an asset).
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Proficiency with presentation/design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop or similar) to create sales and marketing collateral.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn both marketing and sales.
Bonus: interest in AI/automation tools and the IT/MSP industry.
