Sales and Marketing Coordinator
to lead our marketing, branding, communications, and leasing efforts.
What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of Spire's marketing presence and support our project teams by creating compelling materials that tell our story, strengthen our brand, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company websites, ensuring content and visuals are always up to date.
Develop marketing collateral -- flyers, brochures, project "brag sheets," presentations, and signage.
Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, newsletters, and online campaigns.
Coordinate photoshoots, renderings, and staging for development and construction projects.
Lead marketing and leasing activities for new developments through targeted campaigns, promotional events, and incentive programs.
Organize and execute broker events, and community activations.
Create and maintain proposal templates and branded RFP materials.
Oversee building and site signage, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
What You Bring
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years in a marketing or sales coordination role -- ideally in real estate, construction, or development.
Strong graphic design and layout skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and visual communication abilities.
Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
