Social Media Marketing & Sales Coordinator

to join our team

onsite in Toronto

In this role, you'll help share the philosophy and practice of Eastern Medicine with a wider audience--driving awareness, engagement, and student enrollment through impactful storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives.

Full-time ONSITE position only.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email newsletters Develop marketing content that promotes our programs, clinic services, and events Collaborate with admissions and clinic teams to support recruitment and outreach goals Track and analyze campaign performance to inform strategy and growth Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice aligned with Eight Branches' mission Support onsite events such as open houses, workshops, and community initiatives

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or sales Strong communication and visual storytelling skills Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar platforms) Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Passion for health, wellness, and Eastern Medicine is a strong asset
