The Role
We're hiring a
Marketing & Project Manager
who lives at the intersection of marketing, social, events, and in?store operations. You'll help with campaign planning and lead execution while collaborating closely with the
Store Manager, Events Team, Social Team, and Project Teams
to ensure content is created, edited, approved, and posted on schedule -- and that in?store activations translate into standout social moments.
build timelines, task trackers, briefs, budgets, and launch checklists for seasonal campaigns, product drops, pop?ups, and events -- coordinating across marketing, store, events, and project teams.
Team collaboration & coordination:
act as the central point between Store Manager, Events Team, Social Team, Creative, and Project teams to align goals, resources, and schedules.
Marketing calendar & project ops:
maintain a shared, centralized marketing calendar and project management system to keep initiatives synchronized across teams and locations.
Content & Activation Execution
Content-first execution:
prioritize and drive production of high-quality visuals and short-form content (photos, reels, stories, captions); edit and approve team and creator submissions.
In-store activation support:
work hands-on with store teams to plan and execute pop?ups and in-store programs, translating in?store energy into social content and campaign assets.
Production coordination:
organize photoshoots -- scouting, booking photographers/models, creating shot lists, coordinating store access, and ensuring timely asset delivery.
Real-time opportunity spotting:
empower store and events teams to capture organic moments and collaborations; turn those into quick, publishable content and campaign ideas.
Reporting & Support
Performance & reporting:
track social and campaign metrics, share insights with cross-functional teams, and recommend optimizations for future activations.
Email & inbox support:
assist with email campaign creation, scheduling, and triage of the marketing inbox in coordination with store and sales promotions.
Who You Are
You are a
project manager with marketing and social experience
who excels at cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication.
Energetic, collaborative, and comfortable
working alongside store staff, event producers, content creators, and senior managers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
with strong calendar and task management skills.
Skilled editor of visuals and copy
with a strong sense of brand voice and creative direction.
Experienced
with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), scheduling tools, and the details of project management.
Able to shift between strategic planning and
hands-on execution
in-store during pop?ups and events.
Passionate
about social fun, retail experiences and turning in-store moments into shareable content.
Can be based out of our Halifax, Dartmouth Truro or Moncton Locations
Preferred Experience
1+ years
in marketing, social media, project or event management, preferably with retail or experiential marketing exposure.
Experience coordinating photoshoots and working directly with store teams during activations.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics reporting.
