What this role looks like:
Under Oakwyn Realty Kerrisdale branch, Drevan Real Estate Group collaborates closely with Drevan Marketing Real Estate Services, combining strategic marketing expertise with industry-leading sales execution to deliver exceptional results across the Greater Vancouver real estate market. We specialize in both presale project marketing and resale strategy, supporting developers, brokerages, and clients with solutions that elevate every stage of the real estate experience.
What you'll be responsible for:
Assist in executing marketing strategies for multi-family / condo presale and real estate
projects.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support project positioning and
campaign planning.
Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements using Adobe
Creative Suite and/or Canva.
Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, RedNote,
LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns through Meta (Facebook,
Instagram) Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Sets-up Requests for Proposals (RFPs), service agreements, marketing copy, and
promotional content, etc.
Create and manage Google Forms for event registrations, surveys, and client
feedback.
Collaborate closely with developers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth
project execution.
Support event planning and coordination, including open houses, workshops, and
promotional activities.
Maintain CRM databases and prepare marketing performance reports.
Plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters
and sets procedures to accomplish system goals.
Establishes and measures internal service process and associated compliance.
Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer
of information.
Qualifications:
Must speak Mandarin fluently.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of related experience and/or training in marketing coordination, real estate
marketing, or project management.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and platform management
(Instagram, Facebook, RedNote).
Experience using Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager and Google Ads for
digital campaign management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ClickUp, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft
Project for project coordination.
Must have excellent written and strong verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin
proficiency is an asset).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple
projects simultaneously.
Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced
environment.
Proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making,
rational thinking, and exercising good judgement.
Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
