The Role





The Marketing Programs Manager will focus on ensuring good interlock between Seequent's marketing and sales organizations. This will include maintaining a global sales enablement rhythm of business, building a customer and sales content feedback engine, and driving the development and execution of global enablement and business development programs that unify Sales and Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an execution-oriented builder who excels at creating new programs and scalable processes across departments in partnership with multiple stakeholders.



This is a Fixed Term Position. The role will span 14 months





In this role, you will have the opportunity to:





Develop and build an internal onboarding learning path for Sales and Marketing in partnership with Sales Operations


Create and drive a cross-departmental enablement programs for new product releases in partnership with Product Marketing and key stakeholders


Implement and lead regional roadshows, global Q&A sessions, and enablement workshops


Serve as a key liaison, sharing valuable sales feedback with customer experience teams regarding content performance, usage, and on-the-ground insights.


Champion and promote best practices for tools and processes, such as lead status management in Salesforces and campaign insights


Enable the sales team on newly implemented marketing-procured tools to enhance their effectiveness.


Manage the implementation and continuous optimisation of cross-functional marketing activities.


Host bi-annual business development progress reviews with Revenue and Customer Experience teams to facilitate re-tiering and strategic pivots.


Support 'fast fail' analysis for experimental marketing tactics to drive innovation and investment efficiency.


Develop and support consistent market specific reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including market-specific ROI and budget allocation.




To be successful in this role, you should have:





Project Management: Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, from conception to execution.


Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with marketing and sales enablement technology (e.g., Intercom, Clearbit and qualification tools).


5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, product marketing or a related field.


Proven experience designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs as an individual contributor


Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills.


Experience in designing interactive and on-demand learning journeys.


Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights


Creative thinker with a passion for driving engagement through innovative enablement strategies

Hybrid based working environment, work from our Vancouver, Canada or Christchurch, New Zealand office two or more days per week.
