The Program Manager under minimum supervision, is responsible for driving focus and visibility to key TD SYNNEX Corporate Offerings through the creation, coordination, planning and organization of strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with Business Leads, Executives, Vendors, and Product Management for Marketing Planning and TD SYNNEX Corporate Strategy
  • Help craft marketing strategy and messaging around assigned business units and other offerings
  • Lead content curation and distribution on various mediums and social platforms
  • Develop, manage, and implement a TD SYNNEX presence at multiple industry trade shows, internal events, and regional roadshows.
  • Manage overall annual budget to maximize profitability while optimizing value
  • General understanding of overarching marketing strategies and lead generation practices
  • Manage strategic planning, development and coordination of all marketing programs for assigned segments to promote the sale of company offerings and further sale\'s objectives.
  • Directly responsible for the coordination and planning of activities, utilizing a variety of communication vehicles (i.e., website, newsletters, reseller events, blitz days, etc.)
  • Reviews marketing data with financial operations team to align with P&L Budget assessment and management to maintain acceptable profit expectations
  • Schedules marketing activities and develops marketing content
  • Responsible for the identification of market opportunities and vendor proposal creation.
  • Monitors market, vendor forecasts and the regular tracking of top distribution customers
  • Collect, analyze and present ROI statistics to vendors and company executives continuously throughout the TD SYNNEX fiscal year to assess strategic investments
  • Develops the content and provides detailed instructions to Marketing Communications Dept.
  • Submits proper information to the Finance Department
  • Assists vendor assigned Marketing Manager with ROI Tracking when applicable

Your passion is sparked by:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years of related experience preferred and/or combined education and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where there are multiple demands and strict deadlines
  • Understanding of basic marketing practices and principles
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and proficiency with Google Office applications (Advanced Excel skills preferred as well)
  • General understanding of IT Distribution
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with internal and external personnel at all levels of stature
