The Marketing Program Manager is a multifaceted role responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that encompass experiential marketing, influencer outreach, general marketing, and social media. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between varied marketing duties and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across different platforms and experiences.

  • Oversees all marketing initiatives for each division; regularly checking in with marketing managers, providing guidance, assisting divisions with experiential marketing, influencer marketing, and social media marketing ideas and campaigns- acting as the subject matter expert, providing support, where needed.
  • Design, implement, and oversee experiential marketing campaigns that foster genuine engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate branded events, ensuring they align with our brand voice and reach the target demographic effectively.
  • Analyze and report on the success and ROI of each experiential campaign.
  • Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers that resonate with our brand and audience.
  • Develop influencer campaigns and manage the end-to-end partnership process.
  • Measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, ensuring ROI.
  • Craft and execute holistic marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, growth, and sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized customer journeys.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement metrics.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Responsible for developing and/or overseeing marketing campaigns; from ideation to execution
  • Acting as the liaison between SGS and marketing teams; managing agencies, designers, copywriters, etc, as needed


Qualifications
  • Education: BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Experience: over 5 years experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of oral and written communications
  • Skill in writing for a variety of audiences, writing and editing news and feature articles.
  • Ability to write/edit in a variety of writing styles, ability to draft materials on a wide range of topics.
  • Proven working experience in marketing, social media or related field
  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from diverse business lines.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and similar tools.
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency working with Mac and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
  • Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
  • Ability to work well with others & independently.
  • Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Travel to other SGS locations or client location may be required from time to time.
