Job Summary:

Execute Centric Software\xe2\x80\x99s large events and targeted account campaigns. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Americas.

A Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of targeted projects including large events and targeted campaigns and should have a strong understanding of event planning with previous experience with hotels, event venues and contract negotiations. Give prospects and customers an amazing experience, making our events something to remember!

Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal stakeholders, manage end-to-end event and program planning, budget, promotion, logistics, staffing and execution.
  • Create and submit event RFP\xe2\x80\x99s and synthesize proposals. Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors.
  • Manage accounting for the event program including regular reporting of expenses, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
  • Work with the content team to develop program materials including landing pages, invitations, promotional banners, and registration information for events and campaigns.
  • Day-to-day administration of events and programs including placing orders, BEO review, monitoring vendors, travel planning, restaurant reservations, facilitating company attendees, monitoring registration, tracking RSVP\xe2\x80\x99s, answering questions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide onsite support to ensure a successful event.
  • Align events and campaigns with the company\'s overall marketing strategy to attract the targeted audience.
  • Act quickly to efficiently and creatively resolve problems.
  • Measure and report event and campaign performance and identify areas of improvement based on regional goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in event planning with a B2B company.
  • Demonstrated success in running events and campaigns that drove conversions and attendance.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating hotel contracts, working with vendors, and managing budgets required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong project coordination & analytical skills. Data-driven thinking.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, detailed, and oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly hands-on and a born-doer: this is a DIY company!
  • Advanced or Fluent English.
