Our two clinics are conveniently located in South Mississauga and Corktown/Durand area of Hamilton. Led by our Psychiatrists in collaboration with our Psychologists, Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers we offer comprehensive Outpatient Programs that focus on Assessment and Treatment/Management for Addictions, Mood/Anxiety Disorders, BPD, Eating Disorders, ADHD and more. Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to spearhead our marketing, PR, and business development initiatives within our mental wellness center. This role is instrumental in amplifying our reach, fostering partnerships, and strategically promoting our services to the community and potential partners. Main Responsibilities Social Media & Content Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including visuals and written materials, to resonate with our audience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.
PR Initiatives (Blogs & Local Outlets):
  • Craft engaging content for blogs and outreach to local media outlets to enhance visibility and promote our services.
  • Nurture relationships with local media and influencers to expand our reach.
Event Marketing:
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events to promote our centres and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless event execution aligned with our objectives.
Assist with Business Outreach & Partnership Development:
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within the community to enhance our outreach and impact.
  • Collaborate with local entities, fostering relationships to support our goals and initiatives.
Assist with Email Marketing Initiatives:
  • Support the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and promote services.
Assist with Paid Marketing Initiatives:
  • Aid in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or undergoing studies .
  • Proven experience 1-2 years of experience in marketing, focusing on social media management and outreach.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management, and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in PR, event coordination, partnership development, and email marketing is advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM platform (Hubspot preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and paid advertising platforms.
  • Be able to work in-person mandatory from BeWell Mississauga at least 4 times a week
