Position Overview



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing or Proposal Coordinator to support our company's growth. This role will work closely with our management team and sales group to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong grasp of digital marketing, content coordination, and social media management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization.

Job Duties:



Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our marketing strategy Analyze SEO data and support efforts to improve organic search performance Develop and manage a social media strategy across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Coordinate and schedule blog and content posts Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for content creation and design Automate select marketing and sales processes Provide administrative and strategic support to the outside sales team

Skills and Qualifications



Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Hubspot Experience is an asset
Final candidates will be asked to arrange reference calls with former supervisors as well as submit a portfolio of past work.

Pay: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
