About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to run performance strategy and execution across channels, vendors, and systems.
You'll work directly under the Head of Operations, bridging strategy with execution,managing campaigns, creative testing, reporting, and vendor performance.
This role is built for a hands-on operator who thrives on structure, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and Email
Manage and scale paid-media budgets with focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV
Translate strategy into structured 90-day execution plans in ClickUp
Collaborate with leadership on marketing systems, funnels, and creative testing
Source and manage vendors and freelancers with clear performance dashboards
Build and maintain reporting systems and track cross-channel results
Document SOPs and streamline workflows for efficiency and margin
Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and operations teams
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of digital-marketing execution experience (eCommerce or CPG)
Proven management of large-scale ad budgets with measurable results
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo
Strong analytical and creative balance; understands both data and brand
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and reporting
Proficiency in GA4, Triple Whale, Google Sheets, and ClickUp
Excellent written and verbal communication
Based in the Greater Toronto Area and available during EST hours
Preferred Qualifications
Agency or consulting background
Shopify Plus and Amazon PPC experience
Experience with subscription or CPG business models
Strong creative direction and testing instincts
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: Onboarded, systems understood, vendor audit complete, early wins delivered
90 Days: Full ownership of marketing operations and reporting, vendor costs reduced, systems documented and running clean
