For more than 30 years, TMA Systems has helped 3,000+ organizations maintain 4.5 billion sq ft of space with WebTMA, Eagle CMMS, MEX, EQ2 HEMS, and-most recently-Virtual Facility, our AI driven alert prioritization platform. We're expanding our product marketing function to accelerate growth within our product portfolio. This role, reporting to the head of brand and product marketing, will be a key contributor in shaping TMA's approach to go to market. This role has significant growth opportunity and will be highly visible in the organization.


The Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our marketing technology and operations across multiple brands. This role ensures that marketing campaigns, data flows, and lead processes function with excellence and alignment to revenue goals. Reporting into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this position bridges the gap between strategy and execution, driving seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps while working closely with external agency partners.

What You'll Do




Orchestrate clean, high-performing lead flow

Own lead capture, UTM tracking, and enrichment workflows to ensure every inbound touchpoint is tracked and attributed correctly. Maintain deduplication and normalization rules across HubSpot and Salesforce to keep marketing and sales data clean and actionable. Monitor lifecycle stages and SLAs to ensure qualified leads are routed and followed up on quickly.

Be the admin and architect behind our marketing stack

Serve as HubSpot administrator--building workflows, managing lists, lead scoring, and optimizing campaign execution.
Oversee HubSpotSalesforce sync and related integrations (Zapier,Chilipiper,Zoominfo), troubleshooting data flow issues and maintaining reporting accuracy. Proactively spot and implement opportunities to collect smarter data for better routing and segmentation, balancing lead quality with conversion rates.

Scale campaign execution with precision

Build, QA, and launch email nurtures, event workflows, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Demand Gen and agency partners. Manage segmentation and list hygiene to ensure campaigns are targeted and compliant (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM). Own post-launch reporting and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Safeguard data governance & privacy

Conduct regular system audits to suppress duplicates, archive inactive records, and maintain operational hygiene. Enforce privacy compliance across marketing programs and support cookie consent and opt-in processes in partnership with legal and compliance.

Drive cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency


Enforce MarketingSales qualification SLAs and build alert/requeue workflows to reduce funnel leaks. Track SLA performance and escalate breaches, working with Sales Ops to improve throughput and follow-up. Support project coordination for website initiatives, campaign rollouts, and marketing system improvements. Manage marketing budget tracking and reporting, ensuring spend is accurately allocated and providing visibility into campaign and vendor ROI.

What You Bring



5+ years in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (admin-level) and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, UTM tracking, data enrichment, and marketing attribution. Experience managing integrations (e.g., Zapier, Workato, or others) and troubleshooting data sync issues. Excellent campaign operations skills--email, workflows, segmentation, compliance. Strong project management ability and comfort working across teams and agencies. Operational mindset and exceptional attention to detail. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
