Job Summary

This role is responsible for management of our website and marketing technology platforms. You'll use data to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts, optimize paid campaigns in search and social, and ensure data-driven decision-making across our digital channels. You will also assist in the planning and development of in-store merchandising and marketing materials.

Duties

Technology Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize the technology platforms that Southbrook uses, including Commerce7, Google Search Marketing, Google Analytics, Meta, and other platforms to ensure seamless integration and performance. You will be accountable for maintaining the website, adding content and products to the C7 platform and Wordpress. Marketing: Develop, implement, and refine marketing campaigns and create (or partner to develop) content to increase engagement/loyalty, drive e-commerce revenue, and deliver organic reach. Merchandising: Develop, implement, and refine in-store merchandising signage to showcase our products and promotions. Data: Working with the General Manager, analyze performance across channels to generate actionable insights to guide strategy. Innovation: Stay current with new technologies and trends, evaluating them for potential implementation to enhance marketing initiatives.

Experience

Eye for design and photography - or be willing to develop AdWords, Analytics, and social marketing certified - or be willing to become Experience with managing websites, especially with Wordpress Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new technology Proven project management skills Ability to collaborate and communicate openly and honestly 3-7 years experience working with digital technology Interest in the wine industry and an appreciation for wine
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
