Ensure seamless data flow between website, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and sales tools.
Hands-On Execution (Non-Negotiable)
Build and modify forms, fields, workflows, routing rules.
Configure lead assignment, round-robin logic, and territory rules.
Build and maintain lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and attribution rules.
Set up integrations, webhooks, and data syncs without waiting on IT.
Conversion Optimization
Analyze drop-off points, form abandonment, and page friction; run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and page structure.
Use tools like Hotjar, FullStory, and GA4 to diagnose and improve conversion paths.
Data Integrity & Attribution
Maintain clean data: deduplication, field hygiene, and validation.
Build attribution models that reflect multi-touch reality and long sales cycles.
Understand and report on influenced revenue, assisted conversions, and channel bias.
Measurement & Accountability
Own key funnel metrics: visitor lead %, lead SQL %, speed-to-lead, form completion rates.
Identify funnel leakage and explain where revenue is lost or opportunities are missed.
Operator Mindset
Live inside Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
Debug issues in real time; comfortable making changes in production environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Systems architecture expertise: CRM, marketing automation, attribution modeling.
Strong understanding of data flows and integration between marketing and sales systems.
Ability to design and implement routing, scoring, and lifecycle logic.
Skilled in conversion optimization and A/B testing.
Obsessed with data cleanliness and attribution accuracy.
Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory.
Analytical mindset with ability to explain funnel math and ROI logic.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; can run multiple projects without chaos.

Education and Experience
7+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations for B2B SaaS.
Proven experience architecting funnels and fixing conversion bottlenecks.
Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
Hands-on experience with lead data enrichment
Strong background in attribution modeling and multi-touch reporting.

Hands-on experience with WordPress
Experience in solar and/or energy storage space
Hands-on experience with lead nurturing
