JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing & Membership Administrator is a client-facing and brand-facing role responsible for executing Alpha Plumbing's marketing initiatives, managing customer membership programs, and maintaining consistent outbound communication with customers.

This role ensures smooth coordination between marketing systems, CRM data, and customer communication channels while upholding Alpha Plumbing's brand standards, culture, and growth objectives. The MMA supports lead nurturing, membership retention, review generation, and brand visibility through proactive marketing execution and relationship management.

CRITICAL POSITION RESULTS / MOST IMPORTANT THINGS NEEDED FROM THIS POSITION:

Accurate and consistent upkeep of CRM, marketing software, membership data, and reporting systems as directed by management. High-quality outbound communication with customers to drive memberships, reviews, follow-ups, and brand loyalty. Consistent execution of Alpha Plumbing's marketing calendar, social media presence, and promotional campaigns. Strong ownership of the Alpha Plumbing Membership Program, including coordination, communication, and tracking. Proactive problem-solving and task ownership that reduces administrative workload for the GM and senior staff. Professional, brand-aligned customer interaction that supports long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (Statistical Measure of Position Mastery):

Membership retention rates Outbound contact completion rate (calls, emails, SMS, campaigns) Marketing calendar adherence and campaign execution accuracy Social media following engagement and growth Accuracy of CRM, membership, and marketing data Reduction of GM administrative and marketing execution hours Inbound call booking rate %, above 75%.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
