You will

• Develop and manage project marketing programs for a portfolio of Anthems existing and upcoming residential communities (Metro Vancouver) from envisioning/branding to production/installation
• Collaborate with and support Anthems marketing teams across all regions (Edmonton, Vancouver, Sacramento) to build systems and processes as Anthem continues to grow
• Oversee marketing critical paths, proformas, goals, and metrics while offering professional insight along the way
• Complete ongoing competitive market analysis to continuously evolve the communitys positioning strategy
• Build and establish a positive rapport with all marketing stakeholders (including hired consultants, vendors, advertisers etc.)
• Utilize and manage client data in CRM
• Manage creative talents for all project marketing tools and deliverables including community websites, email newsletters, presentation centres, events, signage, print collateral, media and CRM databases
• Collaborate with Anthems in-house Corporate Communications team to post relevant content on Corporate Social Media Channels
• Collaborate with in-house Sales, Development, and Construction teams to develop a vision and product design development (floorplans, features, specifications, amenity programming, etc.) for all new communities
• Reinforce the community vision/story by integrating efforts whenever possible (via architecture, ID, landscaping, amenity programming etc.)
• Collaborate with sales on creating sales and marketing plans for each community

You have

• 5 - 7 years of experience in a professional marketing position in an active market (prefer 2 - 3 years of that time spent in real estate marketing)
• Post-secondary degree in a marketing-related area of study
• A passion for developing innovative solutions to solve marketing problems
• A desire to have fun at work while doing what you love
• Basic proficiency in Creative Cloud: InDesign, Dreamweaver
• Experience with CRM, Lasso and MS Projects
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
• The ability to travel (valid Passport required)
