We're looking for a Marketing Manager who's both creative and strategic -- someone who can think big, move fast, and deliver meaningful results. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across a portfolio of clinics in the Toronto region.
You'll work closely with our Regional Directors and Clinic Teams to design local and regional campaigns that capture the unique spirit of each community -- all while reflecting PDG's values and patient-first philosophy.

What You'll Do
Local Patient Growth & Retention
Drive new patient acquisition and retention through community-tailored marketing initiatives.
Partner with Clinic Managers to build quarterly local marketing plans based on each clinic's neighborhood and patient demographics.
Support recall, reactivation, and seasonal campaigns to strengthen patient relationships.
Foster community connections by partnering with local schools, organizations, and small businesses.
Campaign Design & Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and in-clinic).
Manage marketing vendors and ensure visibility through SEO, Google Ads, and Meta campaigns.
Develop creative content that resonates with local audiences and aligns with PDG's brand.
Track and optimize campaign performance based on data and results.
Marketing Infrastructure & Scalability
Build and maintain a marketing toolkit of templates, guides, and assets that empower clinics to execute local campaigns.
Create light training materials to help clinic teams use marketing tools effectively.
Develop simple reporting tools to measure campaign success and share insights across regions.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure a high-quality marketing presence at every touchpoint.
New Clinic Launches
Lead marketing for new clinic openings, from pre-launch buzz to post-launch follow-up.
Partner with Operations to design launch playbooks, assets, and community outreach plans.
Oversee signage, social ads, and local engagement efforts to drive early patient growth.
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, retail, or multi-location organizations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, community engagement, and branding.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (regular travel to clinics required).
A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
