Hokusan Tea Canada is an award-winning, woman-owned Canadian company specializing in premium Japanese green tea, especially matcha. We have won the Best Japanese Green Tea Award for three consecutive years at the North American Tea Conference.
We are a small, passionate, and fast-growing startup dedicated to sharing authentic Japanese tea culture and mindfulness through modern branding and collaboration.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, flexible, and collaborative, with excellent business English and strong communication skills for both internal and external coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, retail, and partner channels Manage campaigns, analyze data, and apply insights to optimize results Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency Support growth through creative and strategic marketing projects

Requirements

3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience Fluent in business English; Japanese preferred Valid visa (3+ years), PR, or Canadian citizen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, adaptable to change, and a strong team player Data-driven and organized with attention to detail Positive attitude, creativity, and growth mindset Remote position (Toronto-based preferred)
