Marketing Manager
to help bring our brand to life, support campaign execution, and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies that promote Fonemed's products and services, helping us expand our reach and strengthen our impact in the healthcare and healthcare technology space.
Position Overview
The
Marketing Manager
will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and data-driven marketer who can align initiatives with company objectives, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Leadership & Strategy
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support company goals, product launches, and business development priorities.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
Drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Content & Storytelling
Craft compelling, audience-driven messaging and creative content that communicates Fonemed's mission, vision, and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce case studies, social media content, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Oversee digital marketing strategy including website, SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize current and future initiatives.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth to enhance marketing impact.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, clinical, product, and leadership to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
Support events, product launches, and PR initiatives.
Mentor and guide marketing staff and coordinate with creative or agency partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, digital strategy, and content development.
Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance measurement.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
Strong attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset, able to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is an asset.
