Position Summary

:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and campaign execution. The successful candidate will help build our brand visibility, strengthen client and audience engagement, and support the company's long-term growth in the film production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Manage company branding, advertising, and public relations activities. Conduct market research to identify audience segments, track industry trends, and evaluate competitors. Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, marketing agencies, and social media influencers. Oversee the company's website, social media channels, and digital content. Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to improve performance. Supervise and mentor marketing coordinators and other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience managing budgets and contracts. Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
