Fifth Element Group Inc. is actively seeking a mid level Marketing Manager. Reporting to senior leadership, and working collaboratively with the senior management team, the Marketing Manager will provide strategic direction, planning, and execution in support of Fifth Element Group's growth and branding objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, and the ability to work within a fun and energetic environment to deliver high value marketing initiatives. The Marking Manager will be directly responsible for developing and implement marketing campaigns, sales initiatives and corporate identity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the senior management team and representatives to devise an end-to-end strategic marketing and communications plan, from brand audit through to initiative execution. Lead and actively manage the development and content for all social media for the company. Ensure articulation of company's image and position through all channels and to all audiences. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all company content. Ensure communication material is thorough, accurate, complete and that creative work meets corporate brand standards. Create and implement innovative messaging strategies for marketing collateral, advertisements, online material, articles, etc. to maintain and further develop the organization's brand and market position, and to highlight its unique position in the industry and various markets Create and coordinate award submissions. Liaise with President to ensure sharing of corporate news across all channels. Handle all company social media platforms. Design and management of website. Potential for podcast development.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Knowledge of current landscape and applications for online and social media marketing. Exceptional communications and writing ability with strong presentation skills commensurate with the role. Demonstrated track record in delivering results in corporate communications. Excellent interpersonal skills and high personal standards to deliver highly responsive, quality and strategic results. Creative, professional, self-motivated and constantly looking to implement best practices in all areas of the communications field. Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Thorough knowledge of social media platforms, video editing and complementary web-based tools.

Pay: $54,002.00-$69,252.00 per year
