Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to reach targeted demographics effectively.
Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Coordinate product management efforts, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings.
Leverage digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and Google AdWords for campaign tracking and optimization.
Manage the company's website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Monitor budgets for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok)
Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools for website optimization.
Experience with Facebook advertising and other social media platforms for business promotion.
Familiarity with sales processes and product management principles.
Proficient in designing promotional materials.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Google AdWords for data-driven decision-making.
Solid understanding of HTML for website management tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A degree in Marketing related field is preferred but not a requirement
