Your role .
To facilitate the successful operation of the Division through appropriate liaison support areas for the provision of strategic and technical development.
.What you'll be doingEffectively manage all Divisional business projects, including budgets, resources and deadlines, in line with business requirements.Contribute significantly to sales plans, channel development and overall Divisional strategic planning, providing support to Sales and Broker managers for target setting, commissions planning and implementation.Effectively interface with all internal departments to secure buy-in to and achievement of business objectives and act as sign-off and focal point for Divisions PR activity.Define and implement relevant marketing activities with the Product and Marketing Division, pro-actively identifying process improvements and liaise with internal and external third parties as required to deliver innovative solutions.Assess & specify training needs for Divisional staff, ensuring those skills levels necessary to facilitate first class performance.Purpose:In line with the global PayByPhone (PBP) brand and marketing strategy, to support PBPs North American Marketing activities both in assigned markets and globally.Responsibilities:xe2x97x8f Support the Global Marketing Director in the initial generation, set-up and management of multi channel B2A, B2B & B2C marketing campaigns;xe2x97x8f Oversee the activation of Global and Local Campaigns in the relevant assigned marketsxe2x97x8f Oversee local communication plans and provide copywriting support where required.xe2x97x8f Co-ordinate and manage attendance at any local Trade eventsxe2x97x8f Maintain campaign and workflow-specific editorial calendars, including scheduled send times, input and approval dates, and other key time-based responsibilities for each party involved;xe2x97x8f Ensure adherence to local Marketing Budget guidelinesxe2x97x8f Be a brand ambassador, making sure that there is creative integration of Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL) and Digital campaigns and that they align with the PayByPhone brand identity;xe2x97x8f Support the creation and development of a digital strategy, with the help of the Global Digital Marketing Manager, including producing new content for both social media channels and PBPs own website;xe2x97x8f Make sure that PBPs communications are consistently challenging the norm and pushing the boundaries creatively.xe2x97x8f Create data driven campaign feedback to measure effectiveness and ROI.xe2x97x8f Ensure legal oversight and approval of any external communicationsxe2x97x8f Support business in any other activities on or offline, as requiredOther things you may get involved with:xe2x97x8f Support / cover for wider Marketing team members as and when necessary e.g. during periods of sickness or holiday;xe2x97x8f Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as requested by your manager from time to time.Required QualificationsEssential Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceEssentialxe2x97x8f A CIM qualification or equivalentxe2x97x8f Solid marketing experience with a background in implementing multi-channel campaigns (including Social Advertising, analytics, and measuring ROI);xe2x97x8f Proven ability to gather, analyse and present material (e.g. campaign results) clearly;xe2x97x8f Excellent presentation skillsxe2x97x8f Able to produce well-written documents and reports.xe2x97x8f Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel & Powerpoint.xe2x97x8f Very high level of rigour, allowing to progress independentlyDesirablexe2x97x8f Previous experience working in an app or SaaS based companyxe2x97x8f Educated to degree-level;xe2x97x8f Experience of using Salesforce would be advantageousApproach and AbilitiesRole Specificxe2x97x8f Friendly, professional and confident working with people at all levels and when communicating directly with clients;xe2x97x8f Strong Presentation Skillsxe2x97x8f Good organisational and time management skills flexible and unflappable when responding within tight timeframes;xe2x97x8f Highly self-motivated with the ability to quickly acquire new skills;xe2x97x8f Able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and thrive in a team environment.xe2x97x8f Financial rigour, ability to keep a budget up to datexe2x97x8f Ability to work with an international teamCommunicationxe2x97x8f Excellent written and oral communication skills.Problem Solving/Decision Makingxe2x97x8f Excellent attention to detail;Level of Ownership (of tasks, projects, portfolios, and/or strategy)xe2x97x8f Approachable with a strong xe2x80x98can do attitude and an appetite to learn.
