We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product management, digital marketing strategies, and analytics. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target market needs. Oversee product management processes, ensuring that products meet market demands and are effectively positioned. Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement. Manage content creation on WordPress, ensuring all materials are engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines. Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Collaborate with the advertising team to create compelling ad content across various platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources. Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing projects from concept through completion.

Skills



Proven experience in product management and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics. Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management and content updates. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Experience in email marketing tools and strategies for customer engagement. Solid budgeting skills with experience managing marketing budgets effectively. Strong research skills to stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior. Creative mindset with experience in advertising campaigns across various media channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials.

Requirements



Marketing degree Restaurant sales experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
