We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content strategy to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
Biweekly online updates.
Preparing listings and content for quarterly print and digital editions.
Promote property listings by posting on social platforms, Sudbury.com, Kijiji.ca, and YouTube.
Oversee social media and marketing operations, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Edit photos and videos to create compelling, high-quality marketing content.
Design, implement, and manage targeted email campaigns for the client database.
Collect, analyze, and report on listing activity data, providing clients with weekly performance updates.
Create professional feature sheets to highlight property listings.
Organize and manage online giveaways to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Conduct surveys and content marketing initiatives to better understand and serve client needs.
Experience
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe for designing promotional materials and advertisements.
Excellent research skills to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling messages that drive engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
