We're excited to be building an in-house marketing function to accelerate growth across all four brands. This is an opportunity to shape a marketing organization from the ground up.
About You:
You're a creative, results-driven marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, looking to take on the role of building and running an in-house marketing organization.
Your success in digital marketing, including developing and executing paid, organic and social campaigns, has shown you what a data-driven marketing funnel can do to generate leads and drive revenue. You understand how to build and refine marketing campaigns, tailor messaging to different customer personas, and use data to guide decisions.
You're ready to take on a leadership role: owning strategy, managing campaigns, and developing the people and partners who will help bring your plan to life.
About This Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you will help us stay focused on delivering top of funnel content to our multiple, unique customer personas, by making sure our digital messaging reaches the right prospects, and that our website, social feeds, and other customer facing messaging reinforces our exceptional value proposition and customer promise.
Work here includes managing a monthly digital advertising budget, constantly experimenting and testing to drive incremental lead growth. You will help keep our websites optimized, frictionless and targeted, to turn visitors into leads.
You will manage lead nurturing and ongoing customer messaging through email drip campaigns, newsletters and other mid-funnel tactics.
Every step of the way, you will use marketing automation and lead management tools to measure our success in generating leads, converting them into opportunities, and helping turn them into absolutely delighted customers. You will help us define our MarTech stack.
You will also arm our sales team and our partners with customer facing messaging, including videos, brochures and other pre-sales and post-sales materials.
Most importantly - you will surprise us with ideas and strategies that are well articulated, measurable and focused on filling the funnel.

Manage a full-time Marketing Coordinator, as well as contract design and video firms as necessary, to help your vision come to life
Work with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, landing page tools such as Unbounce or Instapage, to measure and report on every lead, from click to sale
Build our first customer nurturing effort, using newsletters, email drip campaigns and other automated touch points
Stay on top of industry trends and gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
Focus on cost and efficiency through the implementation of AI where possible
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
3 to 5 years of continually advancing roles in marketing, including a solid grounding in digital and content marketing
