Are you an organized marketer with a passion for helping businesses grow? Yellow Pages is looking for a Marketing Manager to coordinate our marketing activities and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other departments. In this role, you'll help shape our brand positioning, support
bilingual (English/French)
messaging, and develop clear and persuasive go-to-market programs and collateral.
You'll work closely with Product, Sales, IT, Operations, Communications, and Design teams to translate product strategy into effective messaging and materials. You'll also oversee content for Yellow Pages' corporate websites (corporate site and solutions.yp.ca), assist with PR and media initiatives, and manage the marketing department's reporting and planning.
As the Marketing Manager, you'll ensure consistent brand expression, provide insight-driven reporting, and facilitate the use of tools and assets that help Sales teams better support our small-business clients.
What You'll Do
Sales Enablement & Brand PositioningContribute to building the value proposition, brand pillars, and tone of voice of our brand and products
Translate product strategies into clear, bilingual (English/French) go-to-market messaging and content
Develop and update sales tools (presentations, one-pagers, value statements, matrices, FAQs) that support Sales teams
Coordinate go-to-market readiness by managing timelines, gathering approvals, and keeping stakeholders aligned
Support post-launch reviews with Sales, Product, Design, Training, and Communications by collecting feedback and sharing learnings
Reporting, Insights & PlanningPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting on campaigns, product launches, website performance, enablement usage, and KPIs
Collect and summarize market insights and competitive intelligence, creating briefs with recommendations
Maintain and update the master marketing calendar to align teams on priorities and milestones
Corporate Web Properties & ContentManage content updates across Yellow Pages' websites (corporate site, YP4B, solutions.yp.ca)
Monitor analytics to identify improvements to content, user journeys, and conversion
Assist with planning, building, scheduling and publishing content on multiple web platforms
PR & Media CoordinationHelp manage the PR/editorial calendar, supporting bilingual press releases, story development, and outreach
Track media coverage and prepare summaries on quality, share of voice, and business impact
What You Bring
Education in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent experience and/or 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to Sales support
Experience in copywriting, reporting, and campaign coordination
Solid understanding of the marketing landscape and competitive dynamics
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and produce clear, persuasive content
This position involves DAILY interactions with clients or internal and/or external professionals at
the national level.
Therefore, BILINGUALISM in French and English is required.
