Goodness Me! is now hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Team.



Your Day-to-Day

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind all things marketing at Goodness Me!



You will:



Hire, train, manage and mentor all marketing team members Lead the marketing team in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns including seasonal promotions, product launches, store events, and community activations. Build integrated campaigns that grow our brand, engage our communities, and drive sales Partner with teams across category, eCommerce, store operations, and customer service to ensure consistent, values-driven and community-oriented messaging Manage marketing budgets and track performance to make every dollar count, communicating plans, timelines and results clearly to stakeholders Champion customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and community engagement events - monitoring customer feedback and sentiment to improve strategies Represent Goodness Me! at local happenings, from health fairs to store events -- connecting with the people who make our brand so special Handle crisis management and PR communications (press releases, customer concerns, recalls). Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:



You're a marketing leader with a balance of creativity and data-driven thinking. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with others, and know how to bring brand stories to life.

A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles Proven success developing and executing strategic marketing plans Strong grasp of digital marketing (social, email, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta, eCommerce) Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Vista Social Proficiency in MS Office Experience with budget management and optimizing ROI. Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership abilities Passion for natural food, health, wellness, and community engagement.

Preferred but not required:



Experience in retail, grocery, or the natural food industry Familiarity with loyalty programs, Power Apps, or Smartsheet Familiarity with loyalty programs and community marketing. Experience managing external partners. Understanding of customer service principles and brand experience

Location and Travel:



You'll spend most of your time working remotely, but approximately 50% of the time you'll be expected to travel to Goodness Me! locations across Southwestern Ontario.
