FabStation ( ) is a fast-growing software company specializing in augmented reality tools for the manufacturing industry. We leverage BIM models to deliver real-time, on-floor quality control--helping customers eliminate fabrication errors and doubling QC efficiency.
We operate globally across 25+ countries with customers in structural steel, mass timber, heavy equipment, trailers, piping, and more. Despite having a limited marketing program to date, FabStation has achieved 39% average inbound lead growth, and with a significant marketing budget now approved, we're poised for massive acceleration.
We are building the most comprehensive AR-driven manufacturing verification platform in the world--and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to lead that next level of scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager who can strategize, execute, and scale a full-funnel inbound growth engine for a rapidly expanding SaaS company. You will take ownership of FabStation's global marketing function--demand generation, content, digital channels, campaigns, SEO, product launches, and industry expansion.
You must be both strategic and hands-on, highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple channels, vendors, and projects simultaneously. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the drive to deliver measurable growth quarter after quarter.

WHERE WE ARE
FabStation is headquartered in Victoria, BC, with our testing facility located in Kelowna, BC.
This is a remote position, though occasional in-person collaboration and travel will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not exclusive to):
Develop and execute a full, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with FabStation's global growth objectives.
Build and manage the annual marketing calendar, coordinating all campaigns and initiatives.
Produce and optimize Mailchimp campaigns to nurture leads and support outbound initiatives.
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Work with social media influencers and industry creators to expand organic reach.
Oversee the creation of high-quality video content to showcase FabStation and customer success stories.
Manage all website content, design updates, landing pages, UX improvements, and conversion optimization initiatives on WordPress.
Communicate and coordinate with external media agencies, publishers, and marketing partners.
Lead the scheduling, planning, and support of 32+ trade shows and industry events in 2026, including all marketing deliverables.
Oversee SEO strategy and execution, including keyword planning, content optimization, and technical improvements.
Manage digital channels across SEO, PPC, paid social, retargeting, and content distribution.
Drive promotional campaigns for new product releases and new industry verticals.
Create partner co-branded assets, marketing collateral, and dedicated landing pages.
Promote FabStation into new industries such as mass timber, prefab, heavy equipment, trailers, and pipe spooling via targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with and direct the Marketing Coordinator, plus manage external freelancers, videographers, designers, and consultants.
WORK EXPERIENCE
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Proven track record driving inbound growth--please bring examples to the interview.
Experience in manufacturing, construction tech, industrial SaaS, AR/XR, or related fields is an asset.
Strong hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, analytics, and content strategy.
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling messaging.
Experience in video creation and graphic design is a strong bonus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and vendors while meeting deadlines.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline would be a plus.
Additional technical training or industry certifications are an asset.
Intermediate-to-advanced digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM, automation, HubSpot, WordPress, analytics, and social platforms.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $80,000 annually
Commission: $34,000 annually (On-Target Earnings: $114,000)
