As the Marketing Manager, your focus is on driving customers through our bays and growing brand recognition through company wide and local campaigns. You will help create and execute a budgeted Marketing plan with the goal of increasing traffic to our locations and growing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be self sufficient and proactive, learning the business and growing into the role would be expected.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Managing our various existing radio, print and signboard vendors together with creating multi-media campaigns seasonally. Build strategic relationships with vendors and other companies in the same industry Manage our Google Business presence for all 18 locations and counting Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns Identify potential customer pools outside of the existing clientele Measure current marketing initiatives effectiveness and propose ways to improve Increase social media presence for stores through posts and advertising campaigns

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns Excellent written communication and verbal skills Proficiency with Google Adwords Proficiency with Meta Advertising Proficiency with Google Business Pages Proficiency with Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $75,000-$80,000 annually

Expected hours: 40+ hours per week
