As the Marketing Manager at 45Drives you will play a pivotal role in transforming our company\'s vision into actionable strategies and driving measurable growth. Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicating the vision and goals to the marketing team (this is a small team of highly creative people)
• Diving into the day-to-day operations, collaborating closely with team members, and leading by example
• Developing account based marketing strategies for government, medical research, video production and other vertical markets
• Managing strategic initiatives and programs to drive new customer adoption and help existing customers get more value out of our solutions
• Supporting the ongoing growth of new products and services
• Working proactively to deepen your understanding of our market, customers and products
• Continuous learning and development of our marketing team

Our ideal candidate will have some of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a field related to marketing is preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience leading a marketing team
• Familiar with consumer / buyer psychology, especially as it relates to B2B
• A proven track record of success in the marketing sphere
