The opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and managing marketing communications and activities designed to support the sales function, grow occupancy, and support the Amica brand at the local (residence) level. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams from all stable residences, oversee all marketing support, from Brand marketing to Digital and even PR/Partnership activity, to ensure cohesive delivery of all support materials.

What you will be doing

  • Act as main point of contact within Marketing team for all requests, projects, campaigns, and ad-hoc work as briefed in by the sales teams in stable properties and other internal groups
  • Contribute to local marketing strategy and support for all stable residences, pivoting as necessary to meet market demands and support local initiatives
  • Project management for stable residence projects; includes intake of requests, creating project plan and defining workflow (in Wrike), communicating updates, and, working collaboratively with other SMEs on execution of various tactics, delivery of final assets within budget and timelines
  • Lead all stable residence internal signage requirements. Work with third party signage partners, design team, and development manager on any signage replacements and/or additional signage requirements, as needed.
  • Serve as marketing lead on National Event programs; includes project management in collaboration with Sales team and execution of all marketing support materials and communications
  • Ensure internal creative and agency teams are working at optimal efficiency, constantly challenging all parties in the areas of process improvement and ensuring customer experience is key focus
  • Maintain brand integrity by acting as steward of the brand and holding others accountable to brand standards
  • Serve as central source of budget management, managing brand marketing accruals, and reconciling/approving invoices from vendors and suppliers. Work across all marketing functions for integrated campaigns.
What will you bring
  • Post-secondary marketing or related program
  • Superior campaign execution background
  • Knowledge of and experience in B2C, hospitality , seniors living, public/private healthcare (5+ years)
  • Solid grasp of and experience in various marketing channels (digital/traditional media/etc) as they pertain to omnichannel campaigns
  • Superior understanding of marketing and sales/operational functions
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with budget management and Marketing G&A
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work well under pressure and manage various levels of partnership
