We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and be proficient in utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively promote our products and enhance our brand presence.
What You'll Do:
Marketing Coordination
Bring our brand to life through compelling listings, social media, and digital campaigns that showcase our properties.
Coordinate professional photography, videography, and content that captures our brand story and drives inquiries.
Support the development of marketing materials, signage, and online assets that align with company standards.
Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and identify opportunities to improve visibility and engagement.
Leasing Coordination
Manage the full leasing process -- from inquiries and showings to applications and move-ins -- ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's professionalism and care.
Build strong rapport with prospective tenants, highlighting the value and lifestyle of our properties.
Maintain up-to-date listings across all advertising platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional resident experiences.
Tenant Relations & Retention
Support retention programs, communications, and events that strengthen tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
Contribute to newsletters, surveys, and appreciation initiatives that keep our communities vibrant and engaged.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools (Buildium, Canva, social platforms, G Suite, etc.).

Creative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Experienced in real estate, marketing, or hospitality (an asset, but not required).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including familiarity with Google AdWords and email marketing platforms.
Property Management experience is an asset.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with budgeting processes related to marketing initiatives is beneficial.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
