Arya Spa & Wellness is a growing massage and wellness brand based in Brampton, Ontario. We are building a high-volume, high-trust client base and are looking for a driven

Marketing Intern

to help us reach aggressive growth goals.

This role is designed for someone who wants

real, hands-on growth marketing experience

--the kind that builds the skills needed to secure a full-time role in marketing or even launch their own agency.

Business Goals

Your work will be measured against these performance metrics:

100 qualified leads per week

50% of leads convert into first-time clients

10 new monthly clients per month

5-15 bookings per day

(company-wide goal)

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for building and running our client-acquisition engine:

Polish and optimize our

Facebook & Instagram

pages Create and grow our

LinkedIn

business page Conduct

market research

and competitor analysis Build a

growth strategy

to hit lead and booking goals Implement the strategy after approval Track leads, conversions, and performance Bring new marketing ideas and scalable systems Continuously test, improve, and optimize
