What we're looking for
Ateko is seeking a Client Services Coordinator, who is looking to hone their skills to realize their potential in their sales career. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Internal Support of Revenue Operations
Assist our Executive Sponsors as they lead key projects for top-tier clients, providing support for their strategic guidance and Revenue Operations best practices
Help to build and maintain a retainer-based book of business, driving sales growth through targeted client acquisition
Directly contribute to and oversee significant ARR volume by improving client health and demonstrating measurable value
Sales & Business Development Excellence
Assist in the management of the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal across multiple opportunities simultaneously
Learn and develop skills to communicate compelling value propositions clearly to C-suite leaders, demonstrating ROI through recommended Salesforce solutions
Expand your professional development to represent Ateko as a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem
Project Oversight & Team Collaboration
Oversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and team members on requirements gathering, design, development, and testing
Required Qualifications
Client Advocacy & Executive Sponsorship:
This role is not transactional; it involves continuous partnership and accountability to the client throughout the engagement. You must have proven success as a dedicated client-focused resource for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a white-glove experience and acting as a consistent client advocate.
Executive Relationship Building:
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
Communication Excellence:
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
Analytical Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in fast-paced, fluid environments
Salesforce Acumen:
Experience with Salesforce technologies, certifications, or working at a Salesforce System Integrator
Complex Sales Experience:
Familiarity with the technical consulting industry and enterprise software solutions, proven ability to challenge the status quo.
Eligibility to Work in Canada:
You are a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Canada, or hold a valid work permit.
