Globally, each year we recruit hundreds of interns to help us see things differently and solve the most complex challenges facing our clients, climate and communities.
The Opportunity

• Collaborate with team members to develop proposals and client qualifications
• Contribute to the creation of brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Research and collect information for project pursuits, interviews, and client outreach
• Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and speaking engagements
• Maintain and update databases for conferences, events, and award submissions
• Help with knowledge management including organizing project information and standard submission data
• Update and maintain information our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date
• Assist with integrating AI tools into marketing processes and data analysis
• Coordinate meetings and distribute meeting notes

Work with fellow interns on a team case study project and present your findings
Is this role right for you?

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher (open to all majors including marketing, engineering, business, architectural studies, history, etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels
• Availability to work full time 37.5 hours a week and flexible hours when occasionally required
• Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
Preferred: * Bilingualism is preferable - and required in some positions - to communicate with colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers located in Quebec

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks on a project-by-project basis
• Ability to work with minimal direction and take ownership of work
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop an asset
• Experience with a CRM system an asset
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Artificial Intelligence, and Python an asset

Toronto Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $21 to $38 per hour. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
