To learn more about Flight Centre Travel Group please click HERE About The Opportunity We are looking for a Marketing Executive to contribute to our fast-paced collaborative marketing team. The position will proactively support the creation and execution of acquisition and retention marketing tactics. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of local and global B2B campaigns, sales collateral support, social media marketing, referral and partnership marketing, events and more. The candidate must use creativity and strong organizational skills to support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activities within deadlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize inventory of sales collateral and coordinate development of new materials to support the entire sales funnel.
  • Assist with developing and coordinating social media posts and managing all our social media platforms.
  • Support the briefing and deployment of marketing assets for sponsorships, campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate with French translator to deliver marketing materials and campaigns in our Quebec market.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables and best practices to sales teams.
  • Coordinate with greater marketing and sales team to ensure consistency of brand standards on all outbound communications.
  • Support with reporting and analytics needs across all marketing functions to determine the success of marketing objectives.
  • Assist with referral marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other marketing tasks as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, advertising or communications.
  • Minimum 3 years related marketing experience.
  • Experience in corporate travel/travel industry desirable but not essential.
  • Strong motivation for continuous knowledge and learning
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Very organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in martech and sales technology tools such as or similar to Outreach, Eloqua, Highspot, Oktapost, Drupal, Wrike and Salesforce.
  • Works well on a team and in a collaborative enviroment.
  • Well-versed in all MS office products.
  • Experience in working across large cross functional teams.
  • High level of adaptability and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and agile landscape.
  • English/French bilingualism an asset.
