What You'll Do

Plan and coordinate community and company events throughout the year -- including our annual AGD Trade Show, community fairs, seasonal events & more. (Some events take place on weekends, so flexibility and a team-player attitude are key!)
Bring energy and creativity to every event -- from concept and logistics to setup, promotion, and follow-up. Build strong relationships with community groups, local organizations + vendors, customers, and suppliers. Collaborate with managers and teammates to create engaging marketing and PR materials. Support, prepare and coordinate regular marketing content such as weekly retail flyers, promotional signage, and product features. Support internal and external communications. Assist with digital marketing and social media, working closely with our existing Marketing Coordinator to ensure our stories and events reach the right audiences. Keep our websites and community pages up to date with news, promotions, and event information. Support marketing initiatives across all Powell's Supermarket departments -- including Nan's Kitchen, the in-store bakery, and more. And of course, jump in wherever creativity, organization, and teamwork are needed most!

Know your way around social media platforms and basic design or marketing tools. Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making ideas happen -- from planning to promotion to the big event day. Don't mind trading the occasional weekend day for a front-row seat at some of the year's most fun and meaningful community events!

Pay: $40,105.64-$45,000.00 per year
