We are seeking a

Marketing Ecommerce Developer

Key Job Responsibilities:

1) Product Presentations:

Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials to showcase our products.*
Design high-quality product images & graphics, for Social Media market and eCommerce platforms.

2) Web Development & Graphic Design:

Create, enrich, and upload web content across all marketplace channels.*
Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.*
Regularly update and maintain eCommerce websites.*

3) eCommerce Operations:

Manage eCommerce backups and ensure reliable service.*
Handle daily orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.*
Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.*

4) Customer Relationship Management:

Conduct product presentations and meetings with customers.*
Follow up with customers to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.*
Build strong relationships by proactively working with customers to correct problems.*

Qualifications:

Experience in eCommerce platforms and marketplace management. Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software (e.g., Photoshop, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of web design principles and digital content management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Fluent in English both Verbal and Written
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
