About the Position:
Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will focus on managing the
company\'s digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram),
and others. You will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and tracking the performance of these
campaigns, with the goal of driving high-quality lead generation and conversion. This role is essential for
driving data-driven decisions that maximize advertising spend efficiency and enhance lead quality.Advantages

  • This role significantly impacts lead generation and marketing ROI. Poor execution or
optimization could result in budget inefficiencies and reduced lead quality.
Leadership/Supervision/Coordination of Others:
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, content,
design, and external vendors. The role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will
coordinate campaign effort across multiple platforms.Responsibilities
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms to generate high-quality leads.
  • Oversee significant monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and
maximization of return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to increase the quality of leads, aligning with team
expectations and business goals.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to refine
strategy and execution.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify
and apply the most effective strategies.
  • Utilize and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to ensure
accurate campaign performance measurement.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital advertising trends
to keep campaigns optimized.2
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure the creation of compelling ad copy
and visuals that align with target audience needs.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across
platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, ad copy development, and optimizing creative for better
performance.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools, with knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management. Previous
  • experience in the finance or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Experience in AI-driven ad optimization tools is a plus.
Judgement/Problem Solving/Decision Making:
  • The role requires independent decision-making in applying marketing best practices,
interpreting data, and solving problems related to campaign performance.Summary
Communication:
  • Communication will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, with most interactions in
written (emails, reports) and verbal (meetings) formats.
  • Presenting Insights: The role requires regular presentation of campaign performance and
optimization insights to senior management, offering recommendations for ongoing
