Marketing Designer (Full-Time | Hybrid - Greater Toronto Area)

Salary:

$50,000-$55,000 per year

We're looking for a

Marketing Designer

with strong creative and technical design skills to support the development of marketing materials, seasonal guides, and digital campaigns. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, contribute to creative projects, and grow your career in marketing and design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce seasonal and product guides that align with brand standards. Plan and coordinate photoshoots, including editing and organizing product and lifestyle images. Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, stickers, and email templates (Mailchimp). Update and enhance visuals for the website and digital catalogs to improve user experience. Design and manage creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) to support campaigns. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maintain consistent visual branding.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong layout and typography skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience designing digital and print marketing assets. Knowledge of social media content creation and best practices.

Assets

Familiarity with Mailchimp, Wix, or other digital marketing tools. Experience with photography or photo editing. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
