Adecco is currently hiring a full-time creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our client's Marketing Manager for the Canada Region. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with graphic design skills and enjoys creating impactful materials that drive sales and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Manager by developing sales-enabling materials such as sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and infographics.
Design, develop, and maintain marketing collateral that aligns with strict brand guidelines.
Create and modify templates and layouts, incorporating visual elements like charts, graphs, and infographics from provided data.
Apply marketing strategies and communication techniques to promote products and services effectively.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance brand visibility and sales impact.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Marketing required; diploma or coursework in Graphic Design considered an asset.
1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service focus.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Creativity and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required); experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Knowledge of marketing principles, communication techniques, and media production methods.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
