We are seeking a highly organized and visually driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a creative role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by coordinating various projects, conducting research, managing daily social media and contributing to a wide range of marketing and design tasks.
You'll manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms, while also supporting campaign design, photoshoots, email marketing, and more. Each day may look different, and success in this role requires adaptability, self-direction, and a genuine passion for branding and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is engaged in the beauty industry and understands how to speak to a professional audience through elevated, trend-aware content.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day social media management (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook): create, schedule, and publish content using brand assets and UGC
Write editorial-quality captions and engagement-driven messaging that aligns with the established brand voice
Monitor comments, DMs, and community trends to support growth and interaction
Assist in developing campaign visuals, launch materials, and seasonal content
Support digital design needs: email campaigns, promotional graphics, print collateral
Participate in photoshoots, behind-the-scenes content creation, and event coverage
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (photos, templates, campaign files)
Track content performance and contribute to monthly analytics reporting
Support influencer management

review new applications, help identify strategic collaborators, and track content usage across campaigns
General administrative tasks from time to time
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years experience managing brand social media (beauty, fashion, or luxury preferred)
Proficient with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Strong writing skills with an elevated, editorial tone
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; Illustrator/InDesign a plus)
Basic photo/video skills (camera operation, Reels, Premiere or After Effects)
Strong eye for design and branding; understands minimal, high-end aesthetics
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities in a collaborative team
Passionate about beauty trends, and brand storytelling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
